Abstract

This study focuses on operational strategies within the e-commerce sector, highlighting the importance of integrating technology and logistics to optimize business processes and improve the customer experience. In a context where digitalization is constantly redefining the way supply chains are managed and consumer expectations are rapidly evolving, companies are forced to adapt their operations to remain competitive. The research explores how the incorporation of technological solutions, such as artificial intelligence, real-time data analysis, and automated inventory management systems, significantly contributes to streamlining logistics operations. Through this integration, the goal is not only to increase operational efficiency but also to ensure faster deliveries, reduce errors, and offer personalized service that increases customer satisfaction. This article adopts a bibliographical documentary methodology, based on the analysis and review of academic sources, specialized reports, and relevant case studies in the field of e-commerce. This methodological strategy aims to identify best practices implemented by leading companies and examine the common challenges they face in optimizing their logistics processes through the use of emerging technologies. The documentary approach will allow for a deep and critical understanding of current trends in digital operations, providing a solid basis for reflecting on the key factors that influence the operational success of e-commerce platforms and their ability to effectively respond to contemporary market demands.
