Benchmarking as a Management Strategy in the Organizations
Main Article Content
Abstract
The aim of this essay is to analyze the benchmarking as a management strategy. Based in Carrion (2007), Ezquer y Castellano (2010), Sánchez (2009) and Fleitman (2007), among others. Methodologically it was based in a documental study, throughout the hermeneutic. As final reflexions, it is settled that the benchmarking is a valuable management tool for the making decision in the organizations, because it is not just to copy or imitate; but to investigate the externals and internal situations, and the different options for the establishment of specific objectives and goals to guide its implementation, avoiding the restrictions to develop the creative thinking of its employees, among other consequences.
