Abstract

The aim of this research was to develop an action investigation process to promote virtual environments as a training space to improve digital skills of management in the teaching staff at “Maestro Adalberto Gutiérrez” State Basic School, through the implementation of transforming action plans which involve the theoretical and instrumental dimensions of the training space. The study was done under the methodology of action research, which gave as a result the development of digital skills. It was concluded that the teachers in their professional development must understand the value of virtual environments within the classroom spaces and educational experiences.
