Feminine leadership in organizations

Abstract
This article presents a review of the skills, qualities and challenges present in female leadership, as well as a reflection on the roles of women in a society governed by patriarchal traditions where women must often choose between the values of family and home and professional fulfillment. Challenges such as the glass ceiling and gender discrimination become the main obstacles for women in organizations. The study also presents important qualities of female leadership as more communicative, intuitive and negotiating.
