Knowledge Acquisition at National Experimental Universities in the State of Zulia
Main Article Content
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present outstanding features of the forms of knowledge acquisition at national experimental universities in the State of Zulia as a way of generating organizational knowledge. It was considered relevant to present the issue under study and its theoretical foundations to deepen on the theme in order to contrast it with the reality of these universities. Research was of the descriptive type with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, field design. The triangulation technique was applied for data analysis. Knowledge acquisition is manifested through the value of knowledge in the form of rewards that management generally offers through incentive programs. It promotes the interaction of tacit knowledge between new and existing staff through advising and accompaniment. At the operational level, the new ideas are tested by executing the administrative processes. Factors of time and distance obstruct access to experts.
