Balanced Scorecard for Human Resource Management at Private Universities
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aims to design a balanced scorecard for human resource management at private universities that makes it possible to monitor staff performance, facilitating well- timed decision making, supporting the importance of staff contributions, linking departmental objectives with institutional strategy and evaluating the contribution of human capital to strategic plans. The research was based on a literature review, the collection, organization and evaluation of information on balanced scorecards in the human resource area from authors like Kaplan and Norton (1992/2005), Moreno (2010) and Huselid et al (2005). As a result, a five-dimensional balanced score card is proposed with three indicators per dimension.
