Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper talks about the identification of university managers, as decision-makers, with the basic organizational principles for making an ethical management address about the different seized issues, as a result of social demands and limited available resources. The literature reviewed, through a documentary way, allowed to obtain relevant information to define the ethical university management, reflecting the importance of identifying managers with internalized principles of the University and clarifying the factors that facilitate attachment of decision-makers to management philosophy. We concluded that the ethical university management requires a leadership with values exerted by its executives and decision-makers as responsible for meeting the basic needs of communication, cooperation and excellence.
