Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of innovative regions and regional development. Its main objective is to support a theoretical proposal that allows to outline concrete actions for creating innovative ways to respond to the problems of regional development. Research includes methods like inferential logic abduction to build explicative hypotheses and a theoretical ideal system, as well as methods to outline prospective scenarios. There search process flows from the theoretical subject matter, goes through the issue it self and finally arrives at practical ends. The results were primarily focused on the construction of the theoretical system, the study of reality and the construction of possible scenarios, desirable for the interaction within the space, related to the subject under study.
