Teamwork for Management of a Teacher with Executive Function

Abstract
This research was developed with the purpose of activating teamwork for the management of teachers with executive function, oriented towards a participatory action within the reflective critical paradigm. Methodologically, triangulation was used to analyze the data, interviews, surveys, documentary review; the SWOT matrix and Pareto chart were also used. From the reflective point of view it is concluded that problematic situations in a context have a solution when some efforts are cohesive, highlighting that when people become aware and work for the common good, under the same vision, the results are successful.
