Representation Systems of the Neurolinguistic Programming in the Leaders of Mixed Companies of the Oil Sector

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to identify the predominant representation systems of the neurolinguistic programming (NLP) in the leaders of mixed companies of the oil sector of Zulia state. The research was descriptive and field type with a non- experimental design and transeccional character. The population was constituted by twenty-five (25) leaders; for a questionnaire was used the collection of information, its reliability was measured by Cronbach’s alpha indicator, exposing a value of 0.972 which is located in a category of very high reliability. The results showed that there is a high incidence of the visual and auditory systems of representation in the leaders under study.
