Abstract

The objective of the present work is to describe the study ing or ganizational habits of the participants in the Special Program for Senior Nursing Technicians (PETSE) of the LUZ- COL Nucleus. Its theoretical support is found in the postulates of Castañeda (2009) Chiecher et al (2009), Fernández- Reina (2012) and Morles (1985), among others. The research is of descriptive type, with field, cross- sectional and univariate design, the study population is made up of 326 participants in the Program during the 1st and 2nd periods of 2015 from which a probabilistic sample of 75 subjects was extracted. The results reveal that the studying organizational habits of the evaluated group are inadequate for their proffessional formation, which can negatively af fect their academic development.
