Abstract

The study must like objective know the expositions developed by the foreign legislation in relation to subject and the stable unions in fact. The resorted methodology was documentary, with bibliographical design, using tools of data collection of the system to folder, and the legal exegesis like method of analysis of the found data. The results demonstrate that when reviews the compared right, in the European right the specific regulation of new forms of coexistence little is extended and where it exists he is relatively recent. Still the countries that do not have an organic regulation of the stable unions in fact, even though in the respective legal orderings are numerous recognize dispersed effects to them in the legislation.
