Corporate Image and Organizational Culture of the Educational Institutionsof the Alonso de Ojeda Parish

Abstract
The objective of this research was to determine the corporate image present in the organizational culture of the educational institutions of the primary level of basic education of the Alonso de Ojeda Parish of Lagunillas municipality, Zulia state. The study was carried out under a positivist epistemological approach of a descriptive type, with a non-experimental transectional design. The data was obtained through an instrument with five alternative frequency scaling (always, almost always, sometimes, almost never and never), whose Cronbach’s alpha reliability was 0.82. The population consisted of seventy-three teachers from five institutions, from which a sample of fortythree teachers was extracted applying Shiffer’s stratification. The results allowed to reveal that, both the corporate image and the organizational culture of the institutions studied, are determined by various elements.
