Abstract
The objective of the study was focused on analyzing education in a globalized context: perspectives of a society focused on knowledge management. In this context, teaching professionals are forced to prepare and update academically in order to respond appropriately to their performance that these changes require. Regarding the methodical nature For this, a documentary research analysis work was carried out providing the basis of the study. In general considerations, it is highlighted that the society focused on knowledge management has been motivated by the dynamism of technological advances, which is conceived by improvements in educational institutions contingent on globalization.
