Necessary conceptualizations in the venezuelan higher education

Abstract
This article aims to make a proposal on some conceptualizations which are necessary in Venezuelan higher education college, in the last ten years have been by nesting processes in the education system seeking the feasibility of an educational process that guarantees the individual to acquire new learning. The theoretical paper is based on an analysis of the realities imposed by Venezuelan relations and own terminology of the educational process. In this particular it was found the demands on education through UNESCO, the Education Act and the Bolivarian education system. Accordingly, it proposed some conceptualizations are necessary when designing the educational process.
