Postmodernism: another way to think and understand the reality

Abstract
Universality of modernity focused on the positive reason, in the objectivity of reality and the reduction of the knowing subject to deductive logic. Postmodernism brings a deconstruction of that rationality, it investigates the relative, subjective, contingent, from the point of view of the uncertainty. This paper aims to present a reflection on some postmodern positions. This type of research because they look hermeneutic interpretation in context the meaning (discourse) of the praxis of rationality, and documentary, it is based on consultation with a selective repertoire of primary and secondary literature sources (tonnage documentary). We conclude that Reason is a modern positivist paradigm and unambiguous, surpassed by postmodern thinking because it is a thought of the solution and the skepticism that is rightly critical of founding, as well as open other possible and alternative epistemic from plurality, difference and diversity to “represent” reality through new knowledge generated from complex networks of relationships.
