Transforming of the permanent education in the context of the university extension

Abstract
Education in the development of this analysis is conceived as a process of collective construction that exceeds the socio-technical paradigm that prepares the participant only for the labor market, thus the main objective of this paper is to propose a methodology for examining the training of participants UPEL programs from two perspectives. The first from the processes involved in teacher training as an advocate and researcher, the second linked to the stage where there are the processes through accredited Extension chairs in the curriculum. Hence, for the promotion of approach, please note that teacher training as envisaged in the program presented.
