Abstract

Organizations have multiple resources, including material, human, financial, energy and technological resources, considering that the latter should keep pace with the needs of the organization and the market. Like wise, the technological resource should be seen as a strategy. With progressive in corporation of technology at the process level, the organization would be able to produce goods and provide services in the quantity and quality needed by society. In conclusion, technological innovation as a strategy allows organizations to meet market needs in an efficient and effective way, thus obtaining the desired level of competitiveness.
