Professional development of human capital in the private clinic of the Lagunillas Municipality of the Zulia state, Venezuela

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of implementation of the development process of human capital professional who works in the private clinics of Lagunillas municipality of Zulia state, Venezuela. As for the methods and means of professional development when implementing a program of learning the method used in the workplace is job rotation, allowing to directly detect faults or deviations in the daily activities of other workers in their same area. Finally, the strategies used for implementation and evaluation of professional development are assessed fairly the changes in behavior of their human capital when they applied a development program. We conclude that in the process of identifying needs for professional development of human capital to do more in response requirements as organizations including those of its human capital.
